January 1st, 2006: All written works: Research papers, reports, prose, written poetry and musical composition require extra judging time and must be received by Gavan MacBane by January 1, 2006 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Electronic submissions are preferred but not required - PDF, Word, RTF, or plaintext formats only. With the exception of research papers and reports, entries in these categories require documentation, which must be included at the time that the original work is submitted. If you wish to submit paper copies of entries in these categories, contact Gavan for the necessary information. Entries in these categories will NOT be accepted on site.
Pre-Registration (for the Triathlon, not Twelfth Night) is NOT required and can be done online up until the day before the event. Pre-registered entrants can also modify their entrant information up until this point.
